WHAT LANGUAGES IS THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE IN?

The Macrame Academy website is available in multiple languages.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?  

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER? 

All items are handmade. Please allow 1-3 weeks for production and preparation before shipping.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? 

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard and express options are available, and estimated delivery times are shown in our Shipping Policy.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?  

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production or preparation has started. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

 

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE? 

Please check the size guide and measurements provided on the product page before ordering. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?  

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?  

If your item arrives damaged or with a clear defect, contact us within 48 hours and include photos. We will review the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund if confirmed.

 

WILL MY ITEM LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO? 

Each piece is handmade, so small variations may occur. This is part of the unique character of handmade products and is not considered a defect.

 

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT TAXES?  

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
