All items are handmade with care and require preparation time before shipping.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be made, prepared, and shipped. Processing time may be slightly longer during busy periods.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer two shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping – more affordable, longer delivery time
- Express Shipping – higher cost, faster delivery time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and customs.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
TRACKING
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, when available.
DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We carefully package every macramé piece to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
A package is considered lost if there has been no tracking update for an extended period of time or if it is officially declared lost by the shipping carrier. If tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or building management first, as carriers sometimes leave parcels in safe locations.
